NB, HOW TO FIND. Please ignore google's default location. Instead navigate to the Francis Ave turning circle on the EAST side of the Mall. You will enter the underground parking, take the immediate left turn upon entering going up a level to B1 - Follow signs for Customer Lounge or Taxi. Locker is near the main entrance to the shops. Can also enter Thaitan Thai" to quickly locate the correct entrance."

Cant find the location of it! Had parcel that i need to deliver and I walked 40 minutes and couldn’t find it! Even nobody in the plaza knew about it! Atleast provide details where it is located or next to what! Amazon support is also the worst

For anyone looking for the hub, it is located in B1 Green, east side car park. If you are in the pink/red area, you need to drive out and find the right entrance to B1 Green. Once you are in the right area, the blue lockers are hard to miss.
