Call someone else!I had rang Action for a quote, they then just booked it in and did the pickup/delivery?when the stock arrived that I was unaware of, as I had booked with a better and cheaper company, they tried to add additional charges for going over the hour which was false and the staff then abused when I called to see what had happened and work out compromise on their mistake.I then spoke with Brendan the manager and was further verbally abused.Lucky I paid them anything at all as they took a job they were not given....

After one of their drivers swerving through traffic almost causing several crashes, after shaking my head the driver then proceeded to exit their vehicle in the middle of traffic and abuse me and my partner as well think its ok to reach through the window and grab me, not realising that everyone was watching him.Would avoid any company like this who seem to think its okay for their employees to abuse and touch members of the public let alone hire someone who endangers other people's lives on the road.

Service is absolutely terrible. I just wanted a quote and they keep holding my call and asking me to call another number which I did then they still hold the call and transferred me to 3 or 4 representatives. Then I emailed them my parcel details and they couldn't even bother to email me back a quote but they rather call u and put u on hold. Terrible service!

Very disappointed with Action Couriers. A parcel was picked up from my work and they tried to deliver when the destination was closed. They then proceeded to charge me for waiting 10 minutes when the place was shut. On top of this they then charged me to deliver the next day from a far away destination (couriers home I believe). So all up an item that usually costs $11 or so cost close to $50. They eventually credited my account but then closed my account. I gave them a chance to reopen it but they didn't want to. They weren't even worried about me doing a negative review which highlights what kind of business it is.

Great transport company

Booked and paid for a job that had a narrow time window 3 weeks prior to the date. I then rang to confirm the morning before and got put on hold before being told they would call me back. I get a call at 4:30pm later that day and they cancel the job. They can’t help me because “their regular customers take priority and they have no more vehicles available”! They were happy to take my money 3 weeks earlier however... manager apparently had just gone home so there was nothing they could do. They have knowingly left me in the lurch and offer no compensation or alternatives with no time to arrange anything. To top it off the lady hangs up on me after saying sorry.I’ve had bad service before but I think this takes the cake. This company gets my award for worst customer service ever. I’ll be taking further action to seek compensation.If you have a need for couriers in your business keep looking. This company doesn’t care

After a miscommunication between the driver and the office, which had nothing to do with our company the women on the phone stated to us she would dump our companies freight on the side of the road because she didn't care, after heaps of back/forth, the freight was delivered and the driver was super polite and friendly. TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF WHO DO NOT CARE.

Very bad service.

My consignment was received within specified delivery window. The driver was courteous and helped to handle package from delivery truck to door. Thank you.

I've been using Action for my small business deliveries for a couple of months now. All the staff are really helpful and they do a great job! Other local couriers wouldn't deliver to residential property, which is exactly what I need. Action do this without question. Thank you for your support this far, look forward to working with you moving forward :-)
